Overweight luggage- if you’ve bought gifts, enjoyed your holidays, have too many packages to send back home, have parents’ Red Cross parcels not yet opened, heavy text books – why queue when you’re loaded down? Send them home with us. 
Unaccompanied luggage - when you’ve finished riding or touring with your bike, or have spare backpacks, golf clubs, surfboards, skis – whether it’s oversized or overweight, anything that’s difficult to take on board, reduce your hassles at the check in counter by sending it with us. 
Send prior or after - enjoy a stopover or a holiday extension without the excess baggage, and maybe balance your budget by sending back things you don’t need, and have them sent on after you’ve started your travel.

No ticket required - luggage can be handled as well if you need to send unaccompanied bags or suitcases overseas. We can assist, even if you haven’t got a ticket.

Volumetric calculations – these are different from kg overweight (e.g. 1 cubic metre = 167kg), we’ll save you the hassle, as we know how to calculate it.

Door to depot – our service is to the port or depot only, and does not include customs clearance or handling charges in your country of destination, taxes or duties. Should you require a door-to-door service please call us as we can help but different charges do apply. 
Baggage limits – typical airline economy baggage limits are only 20kg, business typical airline are 30kg, and carryon luggage is a typical 7kg. Check your ticket, as limits may change.

Customs clearance – we can help you now because we’re based close to the airport with friendly, experienced people, and we guarantee to start your application within 60 minutes of your visit. We’re available now; open Monday to Saturday  9am to 5pm
